Draft Environmental Impact Report Available
Posted on June 22nd, 2010The Crane Valley Dam Seismic Retrofit Project cleared another milestone today. The Department of Water Resources (DWR) issued a Notice of Availability for Public Review of the Crane Valley Dam Seismic Retrofit Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR). DWR is the lead governmental agency responsible for ensuring environmental review of the project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The DEIR will be available for public comment from June 21, 2010 through August 4, 2010. DWR will collect, review and respond to public comments on the project.
